CapsByDesign.Com makes every effort to ship you the highest quality goods in your styles and colors. Due to the nature of our product, we allow for slight variances in color, texture, and design. To ensure that you are always getting the best, CapsByDesign.Com reserves the right to change or improve the details of caps without prior notice.

All balances are due upon receipt. Company check and open terms are available upon approval of credit application. Company check or terms require a copy of the driver's license of whoever signs checks. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 handling fee.
Caps By Design accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.

| DELIVERY: |
Standard ocean delivery is about 60 days after sample approval. Express Air Delivery is about 40 days after sample approval.
All orders will be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex unless otherwise specified.
Claims for shortage or defective merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receipt. CapsByDesign.Com is not responsible for express freight if not alerted within 5 business days. Client is responsible for all freight to and from warehouse on all refused orders. This charge will automatically be billed to you.

| DROP SHIP POLICY: |
As a service to our customers, CapsByDesign.Com will drop ship your orders at no extra charge. We can also "blind label" to show you as the shipper.

| ALL ORDERS: |
Advance deposits may be required and are non-refundable. Deposits (up to 30% down) will be applied toward your final invoice.
