Shipping information

Sample Delivery: Around 12 days after artwork and disk are received.

Regular Delivery: 60 to 75 days after sample approval.

Express Air Delivery: Around 40 days after sample approval.

Terms: FOB Dallas, Texas, duty paid. 30% deposit. The balance prepaid before shipping from Dallas, or net upon receipt.

Artworks: Camera-ready artwork in a *.tiff, *.jpg, *.eps PC formats. However, we can duplicate from a sample with reasonable accuracy. Please upload on this website.

Remarks: Although we can custom-make to your specs, we highly recommend customers to order according to our stock blanks colors and specs. Our inventory can provide extra flexibility to ensure the success of your program. You can test-run the program with smaller quantities, then go for the overseas custom program if the response justifies it. If the demand is stronger than expected, you can then order our stocked blanks to compensate for the overseas program
