| 1. Why didn't I receive your email? |
Check your spam file. They might not be in email "Inbox" depending on your account settings. To avoid this, add sales@capsbydesign.com to your e-mail address book.

| 2. Why does "standard" take up to 12 weeks for delivery? |
Our "approximate" time frame is as follows:
The first 3 weeks involve making the sample.
The fourth week (once approved) is cutting the material.
The next four weeks: caps are in production.
The final four weeks: caps are on a boat then a truck for delivery to Dallas, Texas.
Total process time is about 12 weeks.

| 3. Do I have to buy a sample? |
No, you can order a virtual digital picture to be sent by e-mail. However, we highly recommend it.

| 4. Can I use the same logo for 2 different style caps on 288pcs? |
No, all orders must be in case increments. 288 pcs per style and color and logo.

| 5. Besides my logo, what else lists on a custom made label? |
"MADE IN CHINA" must appear on all custom labels.

| 6. Can you duplicate a cap I provide? |
Yes, with reasonable accuracy.

| 7. Is there a fee for a digital picture? |
Yes, $10.00.

| 8. Can you drop ship directly to my customer "Blind Label?" |
Yes.
